Returns

Returns and refunds for orders placed on Amazon are handled by Amazon under Amazon's return policy. To return an item, go to Your Orders in your Amazon account, select the order and follow the return steps. The return window and refund timing for your order are shown there.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or refund through Your Orders in your Amazon account. You are also welcome to email us at contact@cirellahome.com with your order number and a photo, and we will help you resolve it.
