FAQ

The tray

What size is the tray?

About 17 x 13 x 2 inches (43 x 33 x 5 cm). It is roomy enough for two plates and mugs, and works well on a coffee table or ottoman.

What is it made of?

Solid acacia wood with gold-tone metal handles. The surface is polished smooth and sealed with a clear, low-odor protective varnish.

What is included?

One acacia wood serving tray and two round silicone trivets (17.5 cm / 6.9 in).

Why does my tray look slightly different from the photos?

Acacia is a natural hardwood, so color and grain vary from tray to tray. No two are exactly alike.

Care

How do I clean it?

Wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No. Please do not put the tray in the dishwasher and do not soak it in water.

Can I put warm dishes on it?

Place warm mugs, teapots or serving dishes on the included silicone trivets to keep the wood and your furniture mark-free.
